Debbie Burnett
Assistant Chief Debbie Burnett began her career with the Rome Police Department in February 1992. She has a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and a Master’s of Public Administration Degree. She is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, Columbus State Command College, and Leadership Rome. She was a Delegate in the 23rd GILEE program and is a member of the Exchange Club of Rome. She previously served as Bureau Major of the Field Operations Division.
Major Paul Webber
Major Paul Webber began his career with the Rome Police Department in June of 1976. He has served in the department’s Patrol Division, Metro Task Force, DUI Task Force, Training Division, and Office of Professional Standards. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Management. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, and Leadership Rome.
Major Rodney Bailey
Major Rodney Bailey began his career with the Rome Police Department in September 1994. He is a veteran of the United States Air Force. He has served in the department’s Patrol Division, Selective Enforcement Unit, Drug Prevention Unit, and Training Division. He holds a Master’s of Public Administration from Columbus State University and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, Georgia Command College and Leadership Rome.
