County Clerk's Office - Board of Commissioners
The mission of the Floyd County Clerk is to efficiently and accurately record and maintain minutes and records of all acts, orders and proceedings of the Board of Commissioners. The County Clerk will provide an environment whereby said Minutes, Code of Ordinances,
and records are readily available for review and inspection by the citizens. In addition, the Clerk will issue all permits and licenses in a fair and equitable manner as required by law and will conduct the affairs of said office as a public trust, in the best interest of Floyd County citizens.
